Defense, great job that day! Offense with "33"!!
Choice rushed for a career-high 196 yards and two touchdowns and the Georgia Tech defense had little trouble with Notre Dame's new passers, forcing two fumbles by Demetrius Jones, sacking Evan Sharpley seven times and keeping Jimmy Clausen from doing any damage in a 33-3 victory Saturday.

Georgia Tech teams dominate 32nd Annual AHS Student Design Competition

Aug 29, 2015

GTStork took home second place overall in the Graduate Division of the 32nd Annual AHS Student Design competition. Check out the 33rd Annual Student Design Competition challenge now.
The American Helicopter Society International recently announced that three GT-AE-based teams took home top honors and about $3,750 in prize money in the 32nd Annual Student Design Competition.

Knee injuries like the one he suffered can take up to two years, I was told.
He can apply for a 6th year if he sits out this season. Would apply for that after his Sr.-R.

Tech at Ga. in 2014, 30-24. The only game the Mutts lost in O.T. at home, ever!
Sweet!!

Volleybees open the season 3 weeks from today. 4 weeks from today we are on the eve of Toe Meets Leather Irish-style. Woohoo!

The bright side is we have a ton of depth at B-Back and Marcus Marshall is terrific. Dedrick Mills likely totes the pigskin as a true frosh and we still have Allen, Weimerskirch, and Benson there as well.

Remains to be seen, but Marshall has a very high ceiling IMO. Could be the best B-Back in CPJ's time at Tech when all is said and done (assuming he can stay healthy and the offense clicks)...and yes, that includes Dwyer.

May 1, 2016 - Georgia Tech improved to 29-14 this season with its win on Sunday. A sweep over the eventual NCAA Baseball National Champion, Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

Agree on Marshall. If Mills is as good as advertised, and we know what Allen can do, it is possible that CJ may not have seen the field much. We are deep at the position. I would like to have seen him healthy with the ball in his hands. I just hate to see young guys do that stuff and mess up. But it's better early in life when changes can be made.

D.J. White, donned the number(and I promised C.J. that we would include him at this time in the countdown).

Georgia Tech was at 28% Female for total enrollment in 2015:
http://admission.gatech.edu/images/pdf/Transfer_Profile_2015_2.pdf

Males were at 72%, so if a person was in the middle, they were assigned one or the other. Sorry Mr. Trump, no classifying BLTGQ!

I believe stech81 is almost finished with the Dedrick Mills statue. He's getting behind. Too much time hosting keg parties at the Brock Unnecessary Waste of Money Indoor Practice Facility. He should have at least 4 or 5 statues in progress of 7th graders we are recruiting right now.

Damn.

23-0 Bad Guys(they must have had Heisman coaching)in 1898....

The Clemson–Georgia Tech football rivalry is an American college tradition... The teams first met in 1898, when Clemson's third-year program defeated Georgia Tech 23– 0 to finish with a 3–1 record.

3 weeks from today, the Tech contingent will be arriving in Ireland. Thankfully, as we've learned over the last 2 days, they won't be going over on a cattle boat as George Bailey (another bright Irishman) was going to do before his Dad had a stroke and he was stuck in Bedford Falls while his brother got all the glory of college, becoming a pilot and war hero, meeting the President, and getting a hot wife. Wait. I've gone really off track here.

Josh Pastner's deal at Georgia Tech expected to be six years at $11 million overall. Salary will climb each year.

Jordan could end up being one of the most important players on our roster. Just a soph, hopefully the game will start slowing down for him some this fall. We need him (and T Marshall) to be ready when needed.

I had ball control issues when I was in college. Thank goodness I met SWMBO who has controlled my balls for the last 30 years. I'm better off for it. I think.

Down to 11. Go Jackets!

Can't wait to see the season open.

As for Jordan is it the pitch or is he losing the ball in the mesh?
