I remember reading one of these. GT does do more with less.A couple of dated articles from Oct. '14 and Feb. '15, utilizing different data factors to measure college football recruiting successes for which schools get the most from the least:

I am not sure if he will visit GT on the 15th, since he committed to Tenn. this afternoon? They offered him on Christmas(yes, dead period offerings strike again-must be delayed letters in the mail or through the HS Coach?):

The first school that will get a crack at Finley is Georgia Tech, who will be bringing the defensive back to campus for an official visit on Jan. 15. Finley will take additional trips and compare the pros and cons, but the Yellowjackets are in great shape to say the least.
"Georgia Tech is the favorite and I like everything about them," Finley said. "I expect the visit to be great. With the defense they run and me working hard and competing, I can be an immediate impact. I also have a strong relationship with coach (Ted) Roof, the defensive coordinator."
Jordan Johnson, OL:
Scheduled for official GT visit on 01-29-16.
