Tech offensive scouting report by other Teams:
1) Do not let Sims run
2) Make Sims a pocket passer
3) Limit touches to Gibbs (especially in space, he's their BEST player by a mile)
4) Limit touches to Dontae (if he's in the game)
5) Watch for inside zone runs on short yardage (especially if Mason is in the game)
Tech offensive game strategy:
1) Don't run Sims (which is his current best asset)
2) Keep Sims in the pocket to throw (which is a developing skill for him and 22 of 32 starting NFL QB's)
3) Don't feed Gibbs too much (especially after the beautiful long touchdown screen pass, save his touches for the next level)
4) Give Dontae less than 7 snaps a game (even though his overall PFF score is 90+, don't trust their scoring)
5) Hammer Mason on - critical short yardage - via inside runs (especially with our starting Guards out, which the Coaches remind us every week)
Obviously I'm just venting, but that's what i see
