OT: Brisket on Traeger help

Thinking of doing a brisket for thanksgiving.

I’ve tried twice before, once went horribly wrong and last time it was just dry.

I always seem to stall out around 190.

Any suggestions , recipes, whatever, I’ll take any help I can get. Thanks
