Grill died (Nexgrill, it sucked), so I’m in the market for a new one. Thoughts on what to do? My wife would puke if I suggested a $1000 egg. I’m not the avid guy that lives for it but I enjoy cooking for the fam. Looking for recs on something middle of the road, prolly a griddle. Looking forward to feedback!
