How good are Chip Long & Weinke?

After 3 weeks of games, I’m not seeing a noticeable difference in our “new” offensive coaches and and our former coaches. The run game has not really materialized. Our passing game is lackluster. Our QB play might be the worst in the ACC. What we’re you hoping to see from Long & Weinke?
