GTMBB Recruiting, 2017.

The pundits have overwhelmingly predicted Herb Jones to Ala., 100%.
.........this young man, Alex Reese, did not have GT as a finalist(whether by his design or ours):

Ray. Hammonds, recently visited GT for the Clemson football game on an unofficial. His point man is CDL who is scheduled to visit Norcross H.S. this coming week for the 4 star, three year starter. LaBarrie recruited Rayshaun when Darryl was at GSU. They have a close relationship and it appears there is no timeline for a decision, however Tech remains very much involved and in consideration.

No surprise. Sexton will be a point guard at the next level. And, a very good one. When Alvarado committed to Tech, my very thin at the time hope of Sexton to Tech got even thinner. No complaints though at all. So glad Jose will be a Jacket. With him and Moore at PG, I think we'll be good there for the foundation-building project. Fingers crossed on Nwora.

Person close to Norcross Hoops, told me that Ray. Hammonds is probably going to Mark Fox and that land east of here, that I refer to as "hell on earth".

Totally agree. Heard rumors about Tricky Rick-y getting him after their NCAA stuff was finalized.

On to the next....what is meant to be, will be.

Unrelated to this, but I love the saying I heard today. "Never judge someone by the opinion of another".

The Escort Service Academy receives their Notice of Allegations from the NCAA... http://sports.yahoo.com/news/louisv...allegations-for-escort-scandal-132857007.html

4 Level One infractions. Probably will not result in much of anything. I have no faith in the NCAA doing anything substantially to these programs like UofL. And, further, I doubt it helps us in any way with Nwora unfortunately...though, obviously I wish it would.

One more thing...the ACC is one of the most cheating conferences in all of the NCAA. Nobody will come close to the level of systemic cheating the Cheaters did for 2 decades. Miami is slimy. FSU is too. Clemson is too. Tech is currently on probation whether we like it or not. The Escort Service Academy? Syracuse was just slammed for improprieties in their MBB program earlier this week and coming off a scandal recently involving an assistant getting too chummy with little boys. Boeheim has been punished by the NCAA. And the list goes on...

GT Visits:
I. Obiagu, 10-14(looks like an April decision). Has one of the five official visits remaining. LB St.?
J. Moorman, 10-21
Clyde Trapp, 11-04

ESPN/Jeff Borzello quoting Collin Sexton, concentration on four schools....

Unlike most five-star prospects, Sexton hasn’t been a big name for several years -- and his recruitment got off to a late start. He blew up in the spring on the Nike EYBL circuit, setting scoring records with the Southern Stampede AAU program. Prior to that, only a couple of high-major schools were involved, including Alabama and Georgia Tech. Eventually most of the power programs came knocking, and Sexton trimmed his list to 10 schools in July. This fall, he’s visited Kansas, Oklahoma State, NC State and Alabama -- and Sexton told ESPN.com on Monday that he was focused on those four schools. He also said that he plans on committing during the early signing period, which begins on November 9.
