I thought it made sense to reset things with the new week.

Lopez is scheduled to start a midweek OV tomorrow. He is a stud basketball player as well and one of the top WRs in the 2026 class. NC State, WVU, FSU and Miami are the main competition with the Canes being considered the team to beat.

Kent canceled his midweek OV to Georgia Tech. He informed me today. It seems like GT is at the bottom of the top 6 now.

Davis set up a midweek OV with Georgia Tech today for next week, Sunday to Tuesday. He is scheduled to OV to Vandy this weekend.

Ramil, as of now, has an OV with Georgia Tech set for this weekend and one with Mississippi State on the 20th. He was at USF this past weekend for his first OV and that went very well. He is not the top DE on the board, but I think it will come down to numbers how hard GT pushes here because they also have Alex Willis OVing this weekend and are in a very good spot with Darryl Rivers as well.

Alabama has been sniffing around Bear lately and talking about setting up an OV with him. I expect Fretwell to be a Yellow Jacket, though.

GT is still hanging tight on Lasiah given how well his OV went to Tech last week. That is pushing back some other guys like Tim Sims who would probably have popped. They may take only one HS safety as of now for the 2026 class. Micah Williams, I do not think is a take now either.

Gregory had a call with GT this week. He is still talking to GT, but for no,w is not taking any visits and is shutting things down for TAMU. GT will continue to recruit him.

Turk is stuck in a bit of a limbo situation now because if Fretwell pops that takes the final OT spot for this class with the Heard Twins already on board. Clemson has told him they don't have room right now either and UGA is slow playing him. I think USF may end up taking him as a parking spot for the kid for now. I am predicting Fretwell pops publicly after this weekend to GT.

Witherington is really into Georgia Tech coming off his OV, I'm close to putting him in my projected class. I spent a good bit of time talking to him last night and this weekend. I'll have an update on him soon for the site overall on his visit and where things are.

I put in a futurecast for Carbin to end up at Georgia Tech. As of now, he is set to make his decision in July. Those things are always fluid.
