Looks like UNC is receiving a third notice from the NCAA.

I guess we'll know what it says in a week or so.

regardless, this resets the timeline and UNC has 90 days to respond and the NCAA another 60 after that....

word on the NCSU site is that this notice restored the allegations on the men's basketball and football teams that was removed back in April.

We'll see...
