For those who believe not having prior P5 exp is a deal breaker, WHY?
Do coaches from lower levels get exposed when they come to the P5 and no longer have the talent advantage they once had?
Do off the field distractions get in the way?
Does recruiting suffer?....
Please know, I'm not trying to change anyone's mind. We prolly got a couple more weeks before we know a whole lot about the search so let's just talk.
You might also have some other non-negotiables for our next HC that you could share.
