CPJ in a much better mood today after the scrimmage, said both sides got after it, some big hits out there and some nice plays. Said JT had a couple of TD drives and Marcus Marshall had a score. Ricky Jeune "showed" up in PJ's words and made some plays.
CPJ said that Lance Austin is doing a nice job at CB, said that Step Durham missed some time today. Said they have some numbers issues in camp at WR and CB, only six healthy bodies at each right now.
CPJ said same format for spring game, ONES O v ONES D, TWO O v TWO D on Saturday for the spring game.
TaQuon Marshall had another nice play on a broken pass that he nearly broke for a long TD.
PJ Davis said that Kyle Cerge-Henderson has been the most improved defensive player in camp, said he has a knack for making plays.
Marcus Marshall said he is at 212 right now aiming to trim down to 210 for the season, said he feels good and he has not fumbled this spring (knocked on wood). Said he adjusted his grip and went higher and tighter with the ball and that fixed some of those issues.
Marshall said that Dedrick Mills is a tough runner and Kirvonte Benson has a knack for hitting a big play here and there at B-back, said they are all splitting reps.
PJ Davis said he drilled Marcus Allen on a TFL for his big play of the day.

I asked PJ about CJP and his golf comments, he laughed and said that wouldn't work for him and he is fine with his guys playing golf and he joked about playing with Bobby Cremins and Brian Gregory and said neither of them had an issue with it. He said CJP seems like a nice guy and he understood where he was coming from with it.
