So I was talking to Verizon technical support regarding my wife's new iPad. The first person that I talked to couldn't solve the problem, so I was transferred to the next level of expertise. This person, a lady, knew her stuff and got the problem solved. She was also very personable, and while we were waiting for the fix to finish up, we chatted a bit. I told her I graduated from Tech and she said her son was a current Tech student and played basketball. She was Rodney Howard's mom. She is also a smart, delightful person.
