Resource allocation scenario as it relates to the quarterback position
The Falcons double dipped on the quarterback position with an experienced known commodity coming off injury and premium resources on the guy for the future. GT is doing the same thing with King/Philo. Both teams struggled to rush the passer and generally don’t have the salary cap to fit the needed defensive pieces (both shopping in the thrift isles).
