Good morning! Wanted to quickly pop in as tomorrow will be my last day with the GT ticket office. I know I have been able to get to know and help a good number of people here, and just wanted to quickly thank all of you for your patience and feedback as we worked to better enhance the customer experience and efficency of our office. I am proud of the work the entire team here has done, and I have complete confidence that our team will continue to provide top notch service. I have left my recommendation that whoever succeeds me here has a presence here to continue to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
