Any of you jokers work for Georgia Power and can shed some light (no pun intended) on what is going on right now? Been without power since 5 pm yesterday, along with many others it seems in metro Atlanta. Latest update on their website says power should be restored by 12 pm. The storms didn’t seem all that bad yesterday for this many ppl to be without power for this long. Feels like it’s got to be more serious than just a couple trees down on power lines. Substation or two damaged by lightning or something?
