Looking to get some guidance from you long time ATL folk. Son is looking to move out of his current apartment. It’s on Spring st, so that’s the lone positive, it’s close to campus. Other than that, there isn’t too many good things to say about it.
He and a couple guys are looking to move in together and Zach has found a place in Howell Station. It’s a nice 4BR house, looks to have been well taken care of and renovated. So we feel good about that. Coming back from seeing customers yesterday I drove by to get eyes on it. I noticed the Fulton County jail backs up to the street the house is on, there is also a ton of construction a block east of it (west Marietta St), but that shouldn’t be an issue. When I left I pulled up the GPS to take me home from there. It took me through Grove Park (Donald Lee Hallowell Pkwy to Hamilton E Holmes).
Can anyone with knowledge of that area provide any insight?
