At the end of a long season, Seton Hall (16-15, 6-12 Big East) has to look to the future. Will players stay? Will they leave?
One player whose status has been the topic of much speculation is junior guard Sterling Gibbs. Or at least it was the topic of speculation until after the 78-56 loss to Marquette Wednesday night.
"Oh no, I'm definitely coming back," Gibbs told ZagsBlog.com and SNY.TV. "I'm at Seton Hall and that's where I'm going to be. That's where I'm going to finish it out."
When he was asked whether it was definite or might still changed, Gibbs said the decision was final.
In truth, it had already seemed like he was staying. In the post-game press conference he used a lot of 'we' and 'our' when speaking of the future.
