There have been some questions in the last week since the OTE account tweeted out that Akai Fleming would be out indefinitely with not really much more info than that.
I just heard back from my guy at OTE, and he said that there isn't anything big to worry about and that Akai would be "all good once he gets to Georgia Tech this fall."
I'm reading between the lines here (so don't take this to the bank), but I think there is some kind of injury issue that he's dealing with, and with there only being six games left on the regular-season schedule for the Cold Hearts (Fleming's OTE team) and with the Cold Hearts sitting at 1-13 and last in the standings, this was a situation where it was probably in his best interest to shut it down and not try to play through it or possibly make the injury worse.
I'm planning on getting to OTE to see Kirouac and Diop play again soon so I will try to gather more info on Fleming as well on that trip.
But my point in posting this is there isn't any major issue or injury folks should be worried about.
