Not sure if anyone has posted about this yet, but this is a huge change for next season. Not sure I like it, teams can be punished now especially in the second half for legitimate injuries. It is after the ball is spotted, but I still think there will be situations where the team is charged a timeout late in a game where they shouldn’t be.
