I know this is beat to death. But all signs are pointing to 2031 as the year this whole thing will crumble. The playoff contract that will have 4 auto bids for each the SEC and Big Ten is up in 2031. SEC, Big 10, and Big 12 have new contract negotiations coming in 2031. And to cap it off Clemson and FSU are trying to settle their lawsuits with negotiated reduced buyouts starting in 2031.
If we aren’t seen as strong, profitable and watched by 2031 I fear that will be the last breath of GT playing at the top of the sport.
