I mean it's whatever, but that doesn't seem to be what the course layout or the scoreboard show# 2 is a par 4
Well I don’t think #7 is a Par 36 so….I mean it's whatever, but that doesn't seem to be what the course layout or the scoreboard show

And we have a snowman on it today. The boys about to take on the 2nd hole that gave us so much trouble yesterday…
We’re already 4 over for the day, and that’s not even counting the snowman. And we have a snowman on it today.
Just like that we are back in 6th.Just like that we are back in 2nd.
#2 is a 446 yd par 4.Shit....just go 5 iron, layup wedge, chip, 2 putt for a bogey....we'd be 10 shots better 😆
i'm curious how far a college player can hit a 5 iron...200 yards or so? Under that poster's scenario they'd need to go 5I, 5I, wedge, 2 putt or chip and putt.#2 is a 446 yd par 4.
I think the poster was TIC but every single one of these guys has some sort of driving iron that goes 250 as a “fairway finder”. If it is a case of not liking what they see of the tee, they do have the option to hit that then have 5 or 6 in. They only way these guys make 7 or 8 is blowing it off the mapi'm curious how far a college player can hit a 5 iron...200 yards or so? I'm sure a college golfer hits it farther. I'm a 44 yo 13 handicap and hit 5i that far.i'm curious how far a college player can hit a 5 iron...200 yards or so? Under that poster's scenario they'd need to go 5I, 5I, wedge, 2 putt or chip and putt.
I don't think the poster above was TIC, somebody posted an incorrect looking score sheet yesterday that said #2 was a 207yd par 3.I think the poster was TIC but every single one of these guys has some sort of driving iron that goes 250 as a “fairway finder”. Yeah they switched the 9s For this tournament so the confusion is warranted.I'm sure a college golfer hits it farther. I'm a 44 yo 13 handicap and hit 5i that far.

Thank you. They probably hit their 5i 210-225....or a driving iron 250...then they can hit a PW 140-150 and then chip 30-40 yds and 2 putt.I think the poster was TIC but every single one of these guys has some sort of driving iron that goes 250 as a “fairway finder”. It was TIC. I'm aware that it's a Par 4 400+ yd hole.I'm sure a college golfer hits it farther. I'm a 44 yo 13 handicap and hit 5i that far.

Auburn is also the #1 overall seed, defending national champs, and really damn good.I get it that if you are a top seed you get to host a regional, but in golf that is typically a huge advantage playing on your home course. Look at the scores as of now, Auburn is -20 as a team, with the next closest team 16 shots back. Only 4 teams under par and they are 20 under. That's ridiculous. I'm not a great golfer by any means, and when I play against friends near my same handicap at random places, we all shoot about the same, but I can beat them probably 4 times out of 5 playing my home course and vice versa for them.
I see now you said 5i, wedge, THEN chip... I read it wrong and thought you said 5i, chip a wedge up and 2 putt is why I thought you were thinking it was the par 3.Thank you. They probably hit their 5i 210-225....or a driving iron 250...then they can hit a PW 140-150 and then chip 30-40 yds and 2 putt.
