1. Call Netflix. Netflix produced or self-produced (monetize on Youtube) documentary/”show” with deep dive into raw life of a college football team in a big city. Show the good, bad and ugly. Similar to Last Chance U. Hell, half of it could be fake/gimmicks like most reality TV. Would generate revenue, increase sidewalk fan exposure and potentially more NIL deals. We happen to have an army of TV/movie labor in Atlanta and the infrastructure to go along with it. Use it. Downside is it could expose some embarrasing aspects of our culture, players (smoking weed or something) but how can it get much worse than where we are now.

2. Overall increase in student athletic fees.

3. Tie student athletic fees to game attendance. The more games students attend the lower their athletic fees are as part of their tuition. Scan buzz cards upon entry and exit to log getting to game early (extra juice) and staying at the game sufficiently long enough to earn credit.
