Like I said, I have a good first impression of her, and I think her being an assistant for a very long time and finally choosing this job means she really felt good about the fit. She could've stayed at Maryland and continued to win alongside Frese, but she accepted this challenge. She's a great recruiter so that's the best foundation you can have as a head coach in my opinion.
