I made some changes to the offer list this morning, some of you may have seen it already.
I took Armon Bethea off. Contact has been very hit-or-miss with him and GT lately. Some other P5 schools are still recruiting him, but without senior film it just doesn’t seem like a fit between him and Coach Brent Key.
I did, though, add George Jackson. I’ve made it no secret that I believe he could work his way into a spot in the 2021 class with a strong season. That season will get underway this Friday, and leading up to it, he and Key have been in regular contact. The former Florida commit has been grinding throughout the extended off-season.
Another name I added, is Savion Collins of Miami Palmetto in FL. Collins is a current Miami commit that has lost contact with the Hurricanes staff in recent weeks, and could start to look elsewhere. Collins is not a hybrid DE/DT or anything like that, he is a true DT with prototypical size.
