Your thoughts?

Definite wins (2): MERCER, VANDERBILT

Likely wins (2)
-FRENCH (new HC, we normally beat them at home)
-GEORGIA SOUTHERN (keeping an eye on whether HC Fritz is still there as the coaching dominoes fall...I don't think this is a definite win and yes, I believe Ga Southern > Vandy)

Toss Ups (6)
-vs BC at Ireland (they return 8 or 9 starters from one of the best defenses in the nation...they have all summer to prep)
-DUKE (can't call this a likely win since they've beaten us by double digits the past 2 seasons)
-CLEMSON (can't call this a likely loss because they haven't beaten us on Grant Field since 2003)
-at Pitt (could be a likely loss, but they lose a lot potentially...e.g., Tyler Boyd heading to NFL a year early)
-MIAMI (new head coach, with lots of talent, will be tough, but we get them at home)
-at Cesspool (new HC, games have been very close last 3 years)

Likely losses (2):
-at North Carolina (they lose QB Williams, but I am afraid their program is in process of leapfrogging us now)
-at Virginia Tech (should be better with new ideas for offense, on the road, and Foster is still there)

Worst case scenario: 4-8 overall and 1-7 in ACC
Best case scenario: 10-2 overall and 6-2 in ACC
Most likely scenario IMO: 6-6 overall and 3-5 in ACC

First thing is we need to look who may be starting next year. Till spring partice this is only a guess on my part. As we found out injuries can change all thisas it did this year.

First thing I like to do is see who I think may be the starters. This is only a wild idea and we may know more after the spring game ( which the white team will win ) .And of course this is with injuries which can kill you, or without knowing who the light comes on before fall practice.

One thing CPJ say ( Which if I was the coach I wouldn't have said ) is some of the guy we saw play this year will not see the field next year.

On OL which was as bad as it could be this year. Burden is a lock as long as he comes back for his RS Sr year. ( I'm not saying I know something I don't ) . Byan , Klock got some good playing time in and it should help next year. Devine it would help if he could lose a few pounds and get a step faster( if he can he could be a great one) Giffin had a few problems at the beginning of the year but maybe spring practice will help me. The question is Brown not sure what happen from last year to this year as we were told how good he looked in practice last year.

AB's Lynch did look good but I don't think he will start but he will play. I see and this is going by what CPJ has said I think the two starters will be JJ Green and Nathan Cotrell. There are more (Qua Searcy) that could see the field we will know more after spring practice.

BB's Your guess is as good as one I could come up with. I like Marcus Marshall( some say he we move to AB ) and Quaide look good in the spring game. We also have CJ Legett if he can stay healthy. And we can't forget Marcus Allen. And the question is will Lands- Davis move back to BB or stay at AB.

WR here could be the problem I see next year. I would guess Jeune and Stewart will start the question is who are the backups. My guess the backups are Philpott and Howell but could see one or two AB's move to WR

QB you know the Starter , the question is who is the backup. If Byerly is given an extra year there is the backup ( I don't think he gets it ) If not Jordan would be fine he can get the tough yards like Byerly. As for Campbell we'll see in spring.

The Defense ( This is GTJT's so I'll let him tell us )

What I see I don't see us getting better and I don't see us getting any worse then this year.

Players I like Cerge-Henderson will be a good one. Freeman needs to play like he did his freshman year. LB's I feel good , some of you got upset with PJ Davis ( But I really like him) He plays with a chip on his shoulder and has attitude and does not like to get beat. I think we need a few more like him.

Best player on defense next year will be Gray.

so Worst case I can see 5-7 ( I see a win over Duke next year GTJT
Best case 10-2
likley 7-5 wins ( Mercer , Vandy, Pitt, UVa,GS,Duke, and someone we should not beat.)
