So here is what is going on.
---D-Rob will announce his decision sometime in late-April or very early May per his brother Carlos, no LOI will be signed. He has to register for classes and pay some stuff to get moved so something will tip before late-May or June.
---He gets his test score back soon and if he hits he will unofficially visit Stanford.
---Carlos and D-Rob will unofficially visit Notre Dame sometime in April because Carlos was not on that OV with D-Rob.
--- UGA did not offer his sister a track scholarship. She cannot probably get into UGA per my sources though she is trying with HOPE to go there, she cannot get into GT at all.
---Once D-Rob verbally commits to a school none of the other schools that have signed financial aid agreements are allowed to contact him in any manner.
--- He is NOT committed anywhere otherwise those trips to ND and Stanford would be NCAA issues if he signs financial aid agreements with those schools and had verbally committed to play elsewhere.
