Tech to name Chip Long as new offensive coordinator
Georgia Tech football will have a new offensive mind at the helm of the Yellow Jacket offense this fall, Chip Long.

Adding some context just spoke with a friend who covered him at ND, he is considered an exceptional offensive mind and a very demanding coach who is a hardass. I think that will contrast nicely with Collins. Good cop/bad cop often works in coaching.
RJ update 1:55pm- Long will be the QB coach, and per a source was actively involved in a staff meeting.
