This turned out to be a little longer of a story than I expected it to be originally, but here is a recap of my trip to see all three play on Saturday.
Seeing Chatfield in person for the first time, I came away really impressed. He is a really good point guard, quick, can handle the ball well, good passer and can score at the rim despite his smaller size while also having a very good looking stroke from 3-point range.
Kirouac and Diop are also solid, athletic big men that can run, defend and finish at the rim. I'm not saying they will be big men you can run your offense through primarily right now, but they will be good additions up front once they get to Georgia Tech for energy, rebounding and defense if nothing else.
