Mercer and Ga State this week, then travel to Clemson who is fighting to stay in the ACC tournament hunt as well.
Important games. Hope the pitching is good. The Jackets need to keep the Sunday bats going as well. They averaged only 4 runs per game during that 4 game losing streak. Everyone know college ball needs more runs than that.

Clemson is 15-2 at home this season. 5-1 at home vs the ACC this season. Going to be tough to get 2. Just hope we can avoid getting swept. After Gold, I have no confidence in any chances of holding Clemson to less than 8 runs...so, let's hope like heck that the Joltin' returns to the label of Joltin' Jackets.
Injuries to the pitching has hurt for sure, but that is no excuse for the run production.
Unfortunately road games in the ACC are tough enough without the added pressure. GT can't afford a losing sweep for sure. Even winning one might not be enough. I don't think they are even a whole game ahead of the 11th slot and out of the tourney. Must win games.
