After multiple calls to ticketing office still did not receive my tickets for the game last night. No big deal I did not make it back in time from flight in time to attend. Today I call and they finally issue tickets. Except, these aren't the seats I paid for. They had sold me tickets already purchased by someone else then tried to move me up a row and behind the basket without saying anything until I called back again. Response to that was to move me 7 rows farther up did not accept that and am now waiting on a call from a manager.
Pretty disastrous by GTAA/ticketing. Not the experience I had hoped for first year getting season tickets. Sorry for the rant that effects nobody else but, this board seems the best place to have a melt.
