Malik Simmons (Sr; first string CB on depth chart) managed to pick up his second arrest in less than 2.5 months. He was arrested for resisting arrest while under the influence at 1:46am a few days ago...right on the popular Franklin Street area in the heart of Chapel Hill. His court date for this is July 28....while on August 3 he has a court date for his May 16 misdemeanor arrest on marijuana possession.
He has been suspended indefinitely from all team activities.
