Called today and heard "you're expected wait time is less than 2 minutes"
Waited about 5 minutes and opted for the automated call-back......which never came.

Tried an hour later...."you're expected wait time is less than 2 minutes"

Called back and pressed "2" for "I want to buy new tickets" (thinking maybe they let us season ticket holders wait longer)
"you're expected wait time is less than 2 minutes"
Waited less than 90 secs and was disconnected.

Called on way home
"you're expected wait time is less than 2 minutes"
A few minutes before 5pm.....automated message saying they close at 5pm "if you'd like us to call you back leave a message.......and Go Jackets!!"

This was after I called my personal rep starting Friday and it went straight to VM - left a message.....no call back. (who knows if he's even there any more, but his VM is still on)

That's not why the stadium isn't full........but it doesn't help. Pathetic.

I've got 6 season tickets and a make a decent monthly donation to the Tech Way. My credit card changed and The Tech Way hasn't even emailed to ask why the last payment failed. Old cc is due to be charged another season tix payment tomorrow.
