Big news tomorrow afternoon.

Cooper Metcalf of LaGrange High is a freshman kicker. He hit a 45 yard field goal against Sandy Creek this week . I know he went to Techs kicker camp this past summer. What kind of length is typical for kickers as the progress through high school? I want to ensure he stays on Techs radar as he continues to develop. Any of you with knowledge about kicker numbers i would appreciate feedback.

One of the unsung heroes of our season is Chris Weinke. He has done an incredible job of getting three quarterbacks ready to play major college football each weekend and one of those quarterbacks is a true freshman.

Greetings from Owasso. OK just outside Tulsa. I’m here watching Grady Adamson’s Deer Creek team play Owasso.

Owasso has nicer facilities than many G5 programs. They have a really nicer facility in the end zone and a fancy Jumbotron.

One thing for sure is out punting game should greatly improve next season!!! 🏈

Anyone getting tickets through Tech AA got their tickets yet? I called early in the week and they told me they should be going out this week, I still haven’t seen them. Getting a little late. Usually get away game tickets 2-3 weeks out.
