The offseason is officially over. It’s week 1. Not for us specifically but for college football in general. UF and Miami kick off the 2019 season in earnest THIS SATURDAY NIGHT!
But I am excited for next Thursday. So what is everyone doing next Thursday? What’s the plan?
I am hoping to leave work by 3 to be home in plenty of time. I have a decision to make because my neighborhood guys group scheduled the fantasy draft for Thursday. I know they’ll have the game going but I am not sure I want to go. I kinda want to be in my living room in the comfort of my home with my bourbon. I want to be able to watch this game distraction free (besides drafting remotely). I want to be able to fan out without worrying about others. This game is important for me. I’m so excited for the new era and I want to be in that moment.
What are you eating: Taco Mac wings.
What are you drinking: Homebrewed Schwarzbier and perhaps Makers Mark with a splash of cherry bitters
