That was fun to watch. Order is once again restored to Tech domination in this series. Tech moves to 6-1 on the season and defeats 3 in-state teams in Hell over the last 2 days. Nice!

Tech returns home to host Auburn on Sunday at 1pm. Game will be streamed live via ESPN-3. Hopefully we get a good crowd to double dip the SEC in less than 48 hours.

Woohoo!

Auburn opened their season 4-0 against cupcakes at home. Last night, they suffered their first loss of the season (also at home) to the ACC's Syracuse Orange, 3-2.

Auburn has 2 S-A's on their roster from the Atlanta area. Looking forward to seeing if the Volleybees can get to 7-1. We opened last year 4-3.

Next weekend's trek out to Lincoln will be interesting. Nebraska is ranked #4 in the nation. The opener next Friday afternoon offers a shot at a W out there as the Volleybees face South Florida, who is 2-2 on the season and has been swept in their last 2 matches by Florida International and Arkansas State (at home). Cal-Davis, who we face in the first match Saturday (1pmET) is 1-4 on the early season so far.

Edit notes... South Florida lost both of its matches on Saturday (3-0 sweep to Florida Gulf Coast and 3-1 loss to Missouri) so the Bulls enter their next match against the Volleybees out at Nebraska with a 2-4 record on the season.
