Right now, offensive lineman can drift 3 yards past the LOS on passing plays. They are wanting to change it to 1 yard, just like in the NFL. Dabo Swinney has voiced his displeasure along with Auburn, Ole Miss, Arizona, Baylor and others. The rule change should help the defense. Would this possible rule change effect the blocking scheme for GT?
