The Laughing Biden...
Biden actually did a decent job in debating (better than I thought he would), but the constant condescending mocking, laughing, chuckling, snickering was waaaaay beyond annoying. He did it until the closing remarks, then all of sudden decided to get serious.
If I were Ryan, I would have looked at Biden and then to the camera saying... "You may find this funny and amusing, but to the American people this is serious "stuff". I don't believe they find the economic condition we're in funny. I don't think they find the situation in Libya and the ME funny. I don't think they find a nuclear powered Iran funny."
This would have stopped his obvious tactic of distraction. A couple of times the moderator even chimed in with Biden, which was uncalled for. Although she did a decent job.
Overall, I give the nod to Ryan because of Biden's condescension. I think it hurt him more than helped him. If it weren't for that, I would give it a tie.
