I am a numbers junkie and wanted to toss a place to discuss this stuff so it's not all politics for the OT stuff. I refinanced to a 15 year at 2.25, if you haven't refinanced now is the time to do it!
I have a question for you car guys. I am not a huge car guy, but I travel a good bit (2-3K miles/mo) for work and probably should get a Prius, but is it worth holding out for an electric F150 or splurging on something like the Rivian R1T? I get mileage reimbursement so it would be enough for that kind of payment if necessary.
Anyway, any thoughts besides the politics are welcome.
