What's on tap for the holidays?
For us....
Christmas Eve - Feast of the Seven Fishes. Our rendition of this is a seafood pasta with red sauce. Combination of white fish and shellfish in the sauce (scallops, crab legs, lobster, shrimp, etc).
Christmas Day - cinnamon rolls, grits, some sort of egg dish, biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Roasted Prime Rib (unless someone can convince me that smoking it would be better) and smoked pork butt, with a side of roasted root vegetables, mac n cheese, acorn squash souffle, and maybe some other stuff.
Movies - Christmas Vacation, Four Christmases, Christmas Story, Home Alone series, Elf, The Night Before, Office Christmas Party....maybe some others.
