Calling out player in public

I know some have said ( may not have been on this board ) they hate when CPJ calls out players in public. Not sure how many here get the AJC so here is an article that was in the paper today. Thought some of you may like to read it and see that it's not only at Tech .

I still didn't like CPJ with his hands all over Parker Braun, #70. May or may not have been captured on television. Might be the way to reach him. As a parent, like you and the majority on here, I personally don't like it.

Just an opinion, regarding any coach who does it.

Thanks for the article. Probably best I keep my opinions to myself these days with regards to things CPJ says and doesn't say publicly. Not sure using Kirby Smart as an example is some kind of good thing though.

too early to know what smart will be as a head coach.

As for calling out players. If they are missing assignments they know it, its the truth. the truth hurts. That pain is probably best administered in private meetings. If he's that frank in public, imagine how he's being in private.
