I told myself at the beginning of 2019 that I would give Collins 4 seasons. I recognized the difficulty of the transition of the offenses and the inevitable player mismatch that we would have on both sides of the ball. I knew this wouldn't be an easy fix and would take time, but it goes without saying he has significantly under delivered.
He has 1 year to make whatever changes on offense and defense coaching wise that he sees fit. He has 1 season to develop players and finally allow his recruits to be the core of the team. He has 1 more shot to get us to a bowl game and start to deliver on his useless hype he's been peddling the past 3 years.
CGC begrudgingly has my support for now despite the constant ugly results.
