The Volleybees (15-5/6-2) look to extend its current 5-match winning streak as the ladies head to Tobacco Road for matches this weekend.

The Deacs (8-11/4-4) have been playing some good ball of late winning 2 of their last 3. Included in that stretch is an upset of Pitt as well as the lone loss was a 5-setter to Duke. Tech leads the all-time series, 32-11, though the last 4 meetings have seen each team win twice. Wake won the last trip to Winston, 3-2, two years ago. This is an important match to keep the momentum heading in the right direction for the Volleybees and set up what could be an extremely important match Sunday for postseason chances.

The Blue Devils (12-5/7-1) currently sit in a tie for 3rd place in the ACC with Notre Dame. Only FSU (8-1 in the ACC) and the Cheaters (8-0) are ahead of them. Tech broke a 12-match losing streak to Duke a season ago at O'Keefe. Duke leads the all-time series, 44-20. A win here could reap dividends come time for the NCAAT selection committee to announce the field.

Tech takes down Duke 3-1 and wins our 7th match in a row to move to 17-5/8-2. That's absolutely huge. Tech now comes home for 4 straight (and we'll be favored in each of them).
