The line started out to GT -3 but that eroded to Miami -1 1/2 to -2 in some sports books. Miami has a true freshman QB that is looking pretty good so far. The way to beat Miami is by running the ball and pounding the middle as Miami's run defense is the team's weakest aspect and their achilles heel.

Last week Duke ignored that fact and continued to and throw the ball instead burning up the clock on the ground thus keeping the ball away from the Miami offense and their hot handed freshman QB.

What do you think the GT offensive plan of attack will be? What sort of mind set does Paul Johnson have? In other words, does he make adjustments and change his game plan as the game progresses or is he hard headed and continues doing the same thing series after series? How would you rate the GT secondary?

This week, Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson neatly summarized the basic theme of Saturday's game between the Yellow Jackets and Miami Hurricanes.
"We're going to run the ball," said Johnson, master of the spread option offense. "If they can stop the run, they're going to win the game."

Vegas line Friday = GT -1 1/2

Looks like Paul Johnson has been studying some video and feels confident the Jackets can run the ball and burn up the clock. Should be an interesting game to watch!

Looks like Al Golden didn't listen even though Paul Johnson announced to the world exactly what he was going to do! 63 running plays.......that's 63 there Al.......63, can you hear me now?! The rest of the ACC coaches and teams have to love Al Golden and his Temple coordinators. That group of guys is going to preserve Miami's record..........and that is never winning the ACC.
