this is highly important because it questions the NCAAs authority over academics. UNC is basically telling the NCAA that no where in the NCAA bylaws does it govern over the authenticity of academics.
This is important in my opinion and we should support UNC because it calls into question the NCAAs rights to enforce APR requirements which since their inception hurt schools like GT on the Athletic field.
