GT recovers a fumble on the ND 35. Uncle Mo seemed to turn towards us after they burned their TO's, time to strike however we seemed to be more passive, allowing their pressure, content going in at the half behind knowing we were getting the ball first.

To me that was a difference maker, when you run our unique offense and they come out after the half making a little bit better adjustments. Shut us down, never having the lead the entire game.

What say you four?

Turning point was the start of the game. Poor played game on our part. Still if you had to lose a game this was the one to lose. Now we need to go to Duke and win big than beat UNC and up to Clemson and win and so on.

Not sure why they continued to single cover NDs stud receiver.

But missing the FG when GT could have gone up 10-7 was the point that gave the ND crowd the edge in the stadium. Their defense played much more confident after that happened.

Then the stop on GTs first drive after the half really hurt.

On the radio show this week, Coach said we should have had points on that possession where we recovered the fumble before the half in ND territory. He also said the two missed field goals, kept us from a 13-13 tie at the break-before getting the ball to start the second half.

I don't think he had a good game calling plays either. Usually he comes up with several big plays where the defense is totally caught off guard, expecting something different.

I think ND coaches did a good job avoiding showing tendencies for him to exploit.
