T-Babes ranked #16 in the nation this week

Up from #22. Currently, the T-Babes are 12-5 overall and in 2nd place in the ACC at 7-1. Looking better to potentially host a NCAAT regional, though the schedule will get tougher as we get into April.

The T-Dudes are ranked #31 this week, up 1 spot from last week. The Dudes are 12-5 overall and 5-2 in the ACC, which is currently good for 4th place. As mentioned in last weekend's tennis thread, finishing 4th or better means an off day at the ACCT, which can really help. Note, the 3 ACC squads ahead of the T-Dudes in the conference standings are #1 Cheaters, #3 French, and #6 Wake.

The French men lost this past Friday at the Cheaters. It was their first ACC regular season loss since April 14, 2006 (10 years!!) - also at the Cheaters and also 4-3 like they lost this time.

The T-Dudes are now sitting alone in 3rd place at 7-2 in the ACC. That's a half-match behind the French (7-1) and a half-match ahead of the Cheaters (6-2). We are a full match ahead of the Noles (6-3) for finishing in the top 4 of the ACC. Wake at 8-1 now sits atop the ACC standings.

Even with the loss at Blacksburg this past Friday, the T-Babes are still in the top 4. Currently tied for 2nd with Duke & Miami at 8-2 and 1 match ahead of the Hokies (7-3) in the standings.

The Babes travel to Louisville and Notre Dame this upcoming weekend which should be 2 good chances for victories. The Dudes will host the French and Hokies, which will be two very tough matches.
