This new app, triVios is running a smartest fans competition pitting each conference against each other. Best of 9 college football questions, the smartest fan in each conference gets a $25 dollar amazon gift certificate, and the conference with the highest average score gets their own special tournament next week! ACC is definitely lagging behind the B1G right now, but the SEC is closing in quick.
