This year’s football schedule was one for the ages. Of our 5 current losses, 4 of the teams are currently ranked in the CFB Top 25 (Clemson, Ole Miss, UCF and FSU). 2 of the remaining 3 are ranked, including uga at 1 (UNC is 15). UVA is the outlier loss and we all would like to have that one back.

So, as a prospective HC, what do you think of the situation that you’re walking in to?

Surely next year’s schedule can’t be that extreme - thus one would expect to come in and show immediate improvement in W/Ls. Am I getting a team that is awful or am I stepping into a situation where I can stack some W’s and build program momentum? I know for sure I’d be glad I’m not working for the unfortunate fool that constructed the impossible 2022 schedule.

As a side note, I’m happy the schedule is what it was/is. It exposes GC as being way out of his depth and allows us to move forward.
