I remember Art Eckman being a pro. I believe in the 80s he was tapped to replace Ciraldo after the games moved from WGST to 680. Al was a WGST employee, so there was a conflict. But there was a big outcry and they worked out a deal and Al continued on. None of that or any connection to Tech is mentioned in the AJC article.
