So here is my final projections for GT targets:
I expect Marlon Williams to sign with Georgia Tech on Wednesday, but nothing is solid until things are made public.
Myron Tagovailoa-Amosa is headed to either Notre Dame or Vanderbilt per my sources. I think Vandy has a slight edge, they know Derek Mason really well and the Commodores were on him first out of all the major schools.
Aliki Vimahi is probably headed to Utah. He wants to go to USC but they said no. UVA is still trying to do something, but GT didn't get his mom on campus so that hurt. Just Aliki and the dad came so that hurt the Jackets chances some.
By the way Buzz Preston found Boe Tufele through some of his West Coast connections. Tufele said it was Hawaii, Illinois and GT. Having Boe should help with future Hawaiian targets.
GT could finish as high as 35, probably top 40 overall in this class just depends on what happens with some other schools. GT will finish in the middle of the ACC though. Nice step up for the Jackets.
